HOW TO REACH US

Email is the only channel we monitor, and it is the fastest way to get a real answer. We aim to reply within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Weekends and public holidays may run longer.

WHAT TO WRITE ABOUT

  • CORRECTIONS AND FEEDBACK. Wrong specification, outdated figure, broken link, or a claim that does not hold up. Put “CORRECTION” in the subject line and it goes to the front of the queue. Include the page URL and what you believe is wrong.
  • SPONSORSHIP AND PARTNERSHIPS. Brand collaborations, product sampling, and advertising enquiries. Read the boundary below before you write.
  • GUEST POSTS AND CONTRIBUTIONS. Send a short pitch with the angle, the reader problem it solves, and links to previous work. We do not accept unsolicited full drafts, and we do not publish content written purely to place a link.
  • GENERAL QUESTIONS. Anything about the site, our research method, or how we reached a particular recommendation.

WHAT WE CANNOT HELP WITH

WE CANNOT GIVE ELECTRICAL ADVICE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC INSTALLATION. We do not know your wiring, your panel, your local code, or the condition of your property. Questions along the lines of “is it safe if I connect this to that” will be answered by telling you to consult a licensed electrician, because that is the only responsible answer we can give over email.

We also cannot help with warranty claims, returns, shipping, order tracking, or faults with a product you bought. We are an independent publisher, not a retailer or a manufacturer. Those enquiries need to go to the seller or the brand directly.

A NOTE FOR BRANDS AND PR

We are happy to hear about new products, and we will always consider a well-documented pitch with full published specifications attached. But so there is no wasted time on either side:

  • We do not sell placement in a buying guide, a ranking position, or a review score.
  • We do not publish pre-written reviews, sponsored posts disguised as editorial, or content supplied by a brand under our own byline.
  • Any commercial relationship that does exist will be disclosed clearly on the page, in line with our Affiliate Disclosure.
  • Sending a product does not create an obligation to cover it, and does not guarantee a favourable outcome if we do.

PRIVACY OF YOUR MESSAGE

When you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use that information only to respond to you and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share your contact details. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
